Nice place very clean and friendly staff. Good location to centre of Nottingham. And free parking . My only problem was the road noise all night as our room was at the front
Handy for the city centre, just hop on a bus outside the hotel and your in town in 10 minutes or less. Nice pub a short distance up the road and really friendly helpful staff.
Great place to stay, was upgraded rooms and they were HUGE. Clean & comfortable rooms and a quiet nights sleep. Great value for money. Really lovely breakfast with a nice selection. One of best buffet breakfasts we have had recently! Plenty of parking out the front.
Everything about this hotel was fantastic. We received a really warm, friendly welcome. The staff were so helpful. The room was absolutely spotless and just perfect. The bathroom was so clean, lovely shower gel and lotion, and thick, soft, fluffy towels! Really comfortable bed, and the pillows were so comfortable that I took a picture of the label and ordered them for home!!!! The receptionist organised a taxi for us, and gave us recommendations for dinner. The breakfast was delicious, so much choice, and nothing was too much trouble. Decor throughout was quirky and fresh, the lounge was lovely to chill in after breakfast and the disabled toilet was really well thought out. We will definitely book this hotel again, thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and comfortable!
We found the Westminster Hotel to be very good value for money. I got the impression that it has recently been renovated. Check in was quick and efficient and our room was clean and comfortable. The bed linen and towels were good quality and it was nice to have a tea tray in the room. We only stayed for one night and did not have breakfast but will definitely stay again when visiting family in the area.
This Best Western plus seems to be in good condition generally, I was in a superior room which had a bath/shower combination. It had a damaged handle on a window - the repair made it secure but didn't seal properly to stop the noise from the street. Downside is they only provide breakfast, no other food options in the hotel. Nearby are a few places to eat/takeaway
A great value hotel in an excellent location. Bus stop right outside for frequent buses into the heart of the city. Plenty of free parking. The room was very big, well equipped and clean. It had clearly been recently refurbished (the labels had been left on the bathroom furniture!). The chap at Reception was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and we were well looked after by Jamil - thank you. I couldn't see any wheelchair accessible entrance but there might be a door round the side/back. A lift gives access to upper floors although additional stairs needed to be climbed to get to Floor 2. Overall, it offers good value for the price and is highly recommended. I'll be back, thank you.
Positives - Decent sized room, comfy bed, friendly staff, nice and clean, close to town centre Negatives - Busy road out front which can be noisy. Low water pressure in shower. Dates interior with creaky floors. Terrible coffee in room. A positive experience over all. Would stay again at the right cost.
